The Perfect Brow Duo is a retractable, all-in-one, cream brow, and shimmer highlight pencil. This product makes it easy to shape, fill, and define the brows. The 24-hour smudge-proof and waterproof color builds beautifully to give your brow looks ranging from soft and natural to bold and dramatic. The brow can then be defined with the shimmer cream highlight on the opposite end of the pencil.

How To

Shape and fill your brow using the pencil which best matches your natural brow color. Then use the highlighter end of the pencil and apply on your brow bone to define the brow.
