SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders take from 1-3 business days for processing and handling, but can take up to 5-9 business days during high volume periods following a holiday or special promotion. Business days do not include weekends nor most major U.S. holidays.
After processing:
Orders shipping within the U.S. may take 3-10 business days pending USPS scheduling. Orders shipping to Canada may take 6-15 days via UPS or 10-28 days via USPS. All shipping estimates are courtesy of their respective carrier and are in no way considered a guarantee.
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class & Priority. Shipments to Canada also have the option to ship via UPS at an increased fee.
U.S. orders whose subtotal reaches a minimum of $25 (after any discounts and pre-tax & shipping) will be shipped free of charge via USPS First Class & Priority. All orders under $25 (after any discounts and pre-tax & shipping) will be subject to a flat rate of $7.95 shipping and handling.
Canadian customers have the option to ship via USPS International First Class at the flat rate of $14.95 USD or via UPS Standard at the flat rate of $29.95 USD. UPS Shipping includes insurance & signature confirmation and a faster ship time; USPS shipping includes insurance only up to $15 USD in product and does not allow for signature confirmation. All orders over $150 USD will automatically ship UPS at the flat rate of $29.95 USD. Every option includes tracking. All international orders are subject to duties and customs fees, determined and charged by the governing border agency at the time of delivery.

A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via email. If your tracking number doesn't work through your account portal, please visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number for updated information.
If your package has not arrived, please allow 5-10 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. For orders past the delivery time frame where the tracking number states "Delivered", please contact your local postal office for package status. To file a claim for lost/or stolen package please visit USPS online. City Color Cosmetics will provide you with the required information needed to complete the claim, but it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with USPS.
Please review your shipping address when checking out. Any package returned to us due to an address entered incorrectly, is subject to a reshipping fee. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange for reshipment. If you do not want your package reshipped, we will refund your purchase total minus initial shipping & handling fees.
If any item(s) are received damaged or defective, please email us with your Order Number and photos of the damage to expedite the process of a replacement or refund. We may require that you return the original item to us for your refund or replacement. We do offer pre-paid postage for these instances. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Due to the low price nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items of which the protective seal has been opened by the customer. To return or exchange an unopened item, please email us for more information. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pre-paid postage for returns of items which are not damaged or defective.

We will process your return as soon as it is received and issue a refund to your method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it can take 2-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution. Exchanges and replacements for damaged/defective items will be shipped out within 5 business days from the date we receive the item. For exchange of items, customer is responsible for actual shipping cost of the item which shall not exceed $6.95.
Unfortunately, all Sale items are final.
Only products purchased on City Color Cosmetics online store can be processed and returned through our site. Items purchased from any third-party (retail store or other online shops) can only be processed through those retail outlets.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
City Color currently ships to all US states, legal territories and Armed Forces. Shipping is also available to all Canadian provinces. For other international inquiries or to find out if your country has a distributor, please contact us.

Contact Us, so that we can process an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be canceled. You are able to return unopened items and request a full refund less shipping costs. Please see our return policy above for full return process details and requirements.

Yes, we have been approved and certified by PETA as a Cruelty Free company. None of our raw materials or finished products are tested on animals. Products have only been tested on Humans ;)

COLORADO PURCHASES
Colorado state sales tax is due on all non-exempt purchases. City Color® Cosmetics does not collect and is not required to collect it here. However, purchases on City Color® Cosmetics are not exempt merely because they are made via the internet. On March 30, 2012 a federal judge for the District of Colorado issued a permanent injunction against the Colorado Department of Revenue prohibiting the Department from enforcing the use tax reporting requirements enacted in 2010. The court's decision does not affect a Colorado customer's liability for the tax on any purchase on which sales tax was not collected. Although City Color® Cosmetics is not required to give customers summaries of their purchases at this time, customers are still required to file a Consumer Use Tax Return and pay the tax due. Please see the Colorado Department of Revenue's Consumer Use Tax web page for more information and instructions on how to file.
OKLAHOMA PURCHASES
Oklahoma state sales or use tax is due on all non-exempt purchases. City Color® Cosmetics does not collect and is not required to collect it here. However, purchases on City Color® Cosmetics is not exempt merely because they are made via the internet. The purchase is subject to Oklahoma use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The State of Oklahoma requires its residents to file a tax return at the end of each year for all untaxed purchases, and pay the appropriate sales tax on those purchases, if any. The tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use return [Form 21-1].
