I really wanted to love this. Review by Amanda

I got this pallet at 5 Below, and paid 5 dollars for it. As far a price goes, I'm happy with the purchase but honestly, I will probably never use this pallet. The shades need a little love to build up the intensity. (This is over UD primer, and I am pretty fair skinned) many of the shades are hard and I find myself digging into them, while others are overly soft and have insane fall out for very little pigmentation. The star of this pallet is the gunmetal color at the end. It's smooth, creamy and boldly pigmented, however it is one of the only shades that is pigmented (Most of the darker shades are usable). I also have issues with staying power using this pallet. Even over good primer, it disappears after about 4 hours on my skin. I'm going to hang on to it and play with it more because I still want to make this work for me. (Posted on 5/22/16)
Best eye shadows ever Review by mayra
Review
So after reading all the review abou this palette I decided to order it since I have never splurged on Naked UD eyeshadows but I know people who own the naked palettes and i have tested them and love em. Now i feel like I wont ever buy an expensive palette. The colors on this palette are beautiful, pigmented, creamy, easy to apply and very blendable and I see why people see this as a dupe. Dupe or not I really liked these shadows and I have already called some people to tell them about this palette and I am convinced that you definitely get a lot of value for your money. Definitely an amazing product (Posted on 5/4/16)
UD DUPE Review by Samara
Review
Everyone has already said it, but these are a cheaper alternative to the UD 1 palette. Intense pigmentation, buttery formula, last all day and night without need for a primer (although I'd use one anyway), no creasing, easy to blend, colours to suit any one and can be used both day and night. I ship this from the US to Australia because it's so damn good and ridiculously cheap!! The only drawback for me is that there is fallout on these shadows but any make up lover would know that this can happen and can be fixed by doing your shadow first. (Posted on 4/10/16)
Urban Decay Naked (original with the brown velvet cover) Review by Microbugmom
Review
I made a mistake in my previous review of this product...I said that the Urban Decay original pallette's 11 and 12 (creep) and (gunmetal) were in the reverse order in this City Color pallette. They are not. Every pan in the UD Naked original pallette corresponds exactly to its counterpart 1 - 12 in the City Color Barely Exposed pallette. Sorry for the mix up! Everything else that I wrote was accurate. (Posted on 3/3/16)
Urban Decay Naked (original with the brown velvet cover) Review by Microbugmom
Review
First off, I have to mention that I have NEVER written a review of ANY product on any site ever before. The reason for my review is that it is an absolute dead on duplicate for the original Urban Decay Naked pallette!! (The one with the brown velvet exterior packaging.). My 16 year old daughter was just starting out with makeup and I wanted to purchase some goof-proof natural looking pallettes for her, so I splurged on the Urban Decay Naked original and the Urban Decay Naked 3 for her for Christmas in 2014. I fell in love with the pallettes myself and nearly splurged on them for myself this past August for my birthday. I remembered that they were expensive, but I had forgotten HOW expensive, until they were totalled up at the register at Ulta. I couldn't justify the expense, so I asked the sales associate to remove them from the sale. I could justify them for my daughter previously because I wanted her to learn to use makeup with a quality product that was versatile. Plus, this was to be the first makeup she ever owned. Whereas I, on the other hand, had more makeup than I could ever use! Lol! I still wanted the look, though, as I had fallen in love with hers. You might say that we should have shared, but I am a Microbiologist and I know that we should not be sharing makeup...as much as I may have wanted to! To make a long story short, I needed to make one additional purchase on the drugstore.com site in order to get free shipping. I chose this makeup pallette. It is an identical duplicate for the UD Naked original pallette! I couldn't believe it! Especially at the price point that it is at! Just to "test" it out, I used single-user cotton swabs and placed each color side by side on the inside of my arm...they were an exact match. The only difference is that the last two eyeshadow pans are reversed. What I mean to say is that shadow pans 1 - 10 match from UD and City Color, but when you get to shadows 11 and 12, 11 on UD (called "creep") is actually 12 on City Color...and shadow 12 on UD (called " gunmetal") is shadow 11 on City Color. City color shades are a little smaller and are not named, but that is hardly a problem. That makes City Color more portable...plus, because of the expense of the UD product ($54), people will probably keep it much longer than is sanitary to do so. (Posted on 3/3/16)
BETTER THAN URBAN DECAY'S NAKED Review by Christina
Review
I spent $70 on my UD Naked eyeshadow palette and it sits unused in my makeup box because I found this palette and I LOVE IT. It is absolutely all I use anymore. Perfect. My most used color is the fourth one. It's beautiful. GREAT PIGMENTATION and at the price I paid for it--BLOWN AWAY. Do yourself a favor and buy this one instead of the trendy expensive alternatives. This was the first item I ever purchased from City Color & I love it. I've worn it almost daily for months & have continued to be very happy with it. It has a nice mix of matte & shimmer choices that work well for a day or evening eye look. Hands down the best eye-shadow I have ever used, especially at that price point! (Posted on 7/8/15)

Amazing Dupe Review by Scott

I Swatched this next to the UD naked palette. Almost identical! As a professional MU artist/stylist, I have the opportunity to work with high end products. This palette so close that it's almost impossible to tell the difference. Great job, City Color. I will be buying more! (Posted on 2/20/15)

Unbelievable Dupe! Review by CutiePie19
Review
I recently purchased this palette after seeing several pictures of it on Instagram. Let me tell you it is almost an exact dupe for the Urban Decay Naked Palette! The colors, the pigmentation are so close and for only a fraction of the price of the Naked Palette, this is definitely worth trying. I absolutely love that City Color offers high quality cosmetic products like this one at a price that any girl can afford. Thank you City Color! (Posted on 10/11/14)
Small Pans Review by Lunate
Review
The pans are really small and it makes it hard to use an eyeshadow brush. Pigmentation varies but is generally decent. Textures leaves much to be desired. Quality is on par with Coastal Scents, but nothing near UD Naked. (Posted on 10/2/14)
